As the Operations Director I have oversight & responsibility for each department within Assetgrove to ensure that we achieve our aims & objectives & deliver consistent levels of service to our clients. We are always looking for new partners to work with such as agents, landlords, local authorities & specialist service providers, I also explore new opportunities for the company in terms of the systems & software we use. Outside of work I’m a season ticket holder at Saracens, go to as many England Rugby games as I can and I am a keen cyclist – Road and Mountain bike.
My role and responsibilities include ensuring that the company complies with all statutory requirements and that all internal policies are followed. I am also responsible for the development, co-ordination and delivery of any new revised or updated policies and procedures which are constantly evolving as a result of new legislation and regulations.
I live locally and when I’m not glued to a computer screen I enjoy sending time with my grandson and travelling with my wife.
International Project Manager
I oversee the international projects currently underway in Europe & am currently working in Lefkada, Greece delivering the Retreat Project. I was based in London working for Assetgrove until the international projects demanded my full time involvement & I relocated to Lefkada. Prior to joining Assetgrove I was a Director of a construction company in Greece delivering major infrastructure & construction projects.
Business Development Manager
My role is to maintain and develop our working relationships with every London borough, I enjoy working with the local authorities and helping them, through our great network of landlords and estate agents to over-come their housing challenges. This is a fast paced role and it varies from day to day.
I work in the Business Development Team & my role is to procure properties for our Rent Guarantee Scheme from Letting Agents & Private Landlords. I am always looking to build good, solid business relationships with all clients. In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit, spending time with family, photography & for my sins I am an avid Gillingham FC fan.
I am a part of the business development team & my role is to bring in properties (bringing home the bacon!) I meet new landlords & manage their portfolios for them to get the most out of their investments. I visit new estate agents all over London & offer them our rent guarantee services which helps them develop a new income stream and a great new package to offer landlords! I frequently visit the maintenance office if I get the urge to stuff my face with some chocolates and biscuits!
Business Development Team Support
I work alongside the business development team providing administrative support & my job is to make sure that the department runs smoothly. I ensure that new properties have all the relevant paperwork & information so that they can be advertised and let. In my personal life I enjoy spending time with family and walking my dog.
Senior Property Consultant
I am a Senior Property Consultant and work closely with existing and potential new landlords, explaining our rent guarantee proposition so that we can offer them a service in term of maintaining, letting and/or selling their properties. I also support Property Negotiators and help
them to build their network contacts to support the business. In my spare time I like coaching football teams and going to the theatre.
I am the first point of contact for the reporting of maintenance issues for properties. My role is to find out about the nature of the call and carry out basic trouble shooting checks. I then work with the Maintenance team and where necessary the landlord to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of all parties. In my spare time I like to visit my family and friends. I also like to play and watch football.
I am the property inspector and as part of team I’m involved in visiting properties and carrying out inspections. Primarily my role involves identifying faults or potential problems with each property, advising of any urgent or forthcoming repairs chargeable either to the tenant or the landlord. I produce full inspection reports, listing any health and safety issues that concern the property but also the tenant and the general condition and standard that the properties are kept in for the maintenance team to act upon.
I joined Assetgrove in 2010 as the accounts manager and have an in-depth knowledge of the lettings industry. I have been in this industry for over 18 years, i assist the lettings & maintenance teams and i’m always on hand to offer advice. I have two grown up sons who are both getting married this year and i am looking forward to spoiling my grandchildren.
Book keeper/Accounts Assistant
I joined Assetgrove in April 2017. I am here to assist the Financial Controller in delivering up to date financial information to aid Assetgrove Management in their day to day decisions. Outside of work I spend my time studying for my exams or travelling.
As a Financial Controller. My role and responsibilities is to manage the accounts department of four companies within the group.
Previously, I have worked in the construction and contracting industry for 22 years. I believe that with my experience I will add value by working closely with the Operations team to provide accurate and timely reporting within a strong and controlled environment by detailed analysis and to aid the ongoing improvements.
I was a keen cricketer and played semi-professional cricket as a fast bowler in the Essex league.
Senior Booking Officer
I am the contact for local authorities. I take all the bookings & deal with cancellations for our properties. I produce & send out invoices. I deal with tenants on a daily basis and try and help them resolve any problems they may have. I help anyone within the office, some colleagues call me their go to person ! I always have a supply of biscuits on my desk!
Assistant Bookings Officer
I am the assistant bookings officer at Assetgrove & I assist the London Boroughs with the placement of families into accommodation.
My role within Assetgrove is to help my colleagues with administrative duties within the company. I am keen to learn every aspect of the business I am currently undertaking my Business & Administration Level 2 course on day release.
Utilities & Council Tax
My job role is dealing with all the utility companies and council tax enquiries. This means that I spend a lot of my time on the phone.We all work well as a team and this enables everyone to learn different parts of the jobs other people do.
My role in Assetgrove is to inform the utility companies and local councils of the tenants moving in and vacating the properties we represent. I also get involved in assisting the tenants with their utility queries and advising them about new type of smart meters.
I also assist with collating Gas Safety Certificates, NIC’s and EPCs for the properties, keeping them up to date and making sure that all our tenants are safe. I also cover reception when needed and assist in general administrative duties.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren, watching films. I also enjoy Crafting and like to give my family, friends and work colleagues the results, especially the sweet bouquets.
I am the receptionist for Assetgrove and my main role is to answer all the incoming calls. High levels of concentration and the ability to assist all of our callers with their enquires is required. I aim to ensure that every callers is connected to the correct member of the team every time. It ca be very intensive at times but it is essential to be cool, calm, polite & professional at all times. Good Customer Service is what we excel in at Assetgrove. Like most Women I enjoy shopping & spending money
I deal with the preparation of court papers and applications for possession via the County Courts. I also attend the hearings across London to ensure we obtain possession as promptly as we can. I am also the Quality Management Representative for our IS0 9001:2008 accreditation & assist my work colleagues as required.
Senior Property Inspector
I am the senior member of the property inspection team and my duties involve visiting properties, carrying out tenant inductions, inspections & ensuring that our properties are in good condition. I also check on tenants to make sure they are looking after the property & conducting themselves appropriately. As well as carrying out property inspections for Assetgrove I also accompany Council officers on their regular property inspections. If required I am the companies representative at Evictions.
I work in the property inspection team alongside my three colleagues Chris, Ed & Alex. I travel all over London providing support services to our clients & customers and carrying out new tenant inductions, full property inspections & represent Assetgrove at evictions.
Despatch Rider/Property Inspector
I am a member of the property inspection team and my duties include visiting properties, carrying out tenant inductions, property inspections and ensuring that our properties are being kept in good condition. I also accompany Local Authority Officers on their regular inspections of our properties. In my spare time I’m a keen tennis player and try to keep fit by playing other sports as well.
