How does it all work?

We lease your property at a fixed monthly rate for up to 5 years. We then sub-let your property to the local authority and manage any property and tenant issues should they arise.

This leaves you free to get on with your life and enjoy your fixed guaranteed rental income each month. It really is that simple.

How is my rent value calculated?

We pay market rates based on the Local Housing Allowance and invoice the Local Authority separately.

Do you maintain the property?

During the term of our agreement we will maintain your property. If in the unlikely event that you wish to take your property back we will return it to you in the same condition that we took it on less fair wear & tear.

Who deals with rent arrears?

When you lease a property to Assetgrove there simply are no rent arrears for you to worry about. We guarantee to pay your rent each month on an agreed date.

This leaves you free to concentrate on the things in life that really matter.

Who deals with tenant issues?

We deal with all tenant issues associated with your property. Our staff are fully trained professionals and we have over 35 years of dedicated experience in this sector.

Is this the same as guaranteed rent insurance?

Rent guarantee schemes have nothing to do with guaranteed rent insurance at all. It is completely different to the guaranteed rent insurance offered by other companies.

We lease your property, providing you with a fixed guaranteed rent for 52 weeks of the year.

There are no hidden charges, clauses or exclusions and nothing that can prevent your payments from reaching your bank account each month.

What if something breaks?

If an appliance breaks a member of our team will visit the property to assess the damage. We will then provide you with a quote for fixing or replacing the item and you can choose whether to proceed with the work or make alternative arrangements.

How will you keep me informed?

You will receive a dedicated Business Manager who will keep you informed of any important issues that may arise.
We also operate an open door policy and you are welcome to visit us whenever you wish.

Will I have a point of contact at Assetgrove?

Yes. Every landlord that leases a property to Assetgrove receives a dedicated business manager.
